Job description & responsibilities :
- Ensure that proper counselling and course information are briefed to students over the phone and convert the inquiry into registration.
- Calling all the Leads on daily basis and convert the prospective leads into walk-ins
- Strictly adhere to company policies and reaching the target on Monthly basis
- Managing the Students & Visitors.
- Providing excellent customer service to all inquiries/clients and existing students Coordinating with Trainers for allocation of batch.
- Maintain all data of students, administering the students test and their reports and other
duties assigned from time to time.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven 2 Year or more experience as Tele-Caller representative.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Decent knowledge of English.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Female candidate only.
