Reflection is one of the most efficient ways to cement the knowledge, to identify gaps in training, and identify the barrier(s) to a strong transfer of learning.
Placement / Career Guidance Cell
A totally dedicated cell exists to provide post-training support to the candidates for placement and for further career growth. This Cell undertakes the following activities.
Placement cell organizes interviews and campus recruitments, thereby caters to every individual’s livelihood and the HR needs of the identified sectors.
Facilitate advanced training for career growth.
Facilitate candidates who intend to pursue higher education.
Facilitate to address grievances faced by candidates.
Constantly keeps touch with industry to update on deliverables of the course content.
Effective post placement counseling.
Maintain and update database of repeated and potential employers.
Alumni Club
A club is being formed in all the centers which have the passed out candidates. The alumni support in mobilizing candidates, referring job opportunities, paying a visit to the centers as guest faculties. This club will be strengthened more to make the alumni own the project with the support of the community and other community-based organizations.
